Under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by Maksimum Insurance Brokerage Services (Sigortav) as the data controller, within the scope described below.

Through the quote form on our website, identity data (name, surname, ID/passport number, date of birth), contact data (phone, e-mail, address), data relating to the requested insurance product and transaction security data (IP address, transaction date/time records) may be processed. For products such as health, life and personal accident, where necessary, special category personal data is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of receiving, evaluating and concluding your insurance quote requests, contacting you, carrying out insurance brokerage processes, fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring website security.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

To the extent required by the quotation process, your personal data may be transferred to contracted insurance and pension companies, relevant service providers and legally authorized public institutions, in accordance with the legislation. 5. Method of Collection and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected through the quote form and electronic communication channels on our website, based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK (establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, explicit consent).
